These terms apply to the CLEAR commercial pilot. By creating an account or using paid features you agree to them. Last updated: July 2026.
CLEAR provides modeled environmental timing guidance for outdoor planning. It is not a medical device, not clinical advice, and not a substitute for government air-quality or heat-health alerts.
Pilot access may require an invite. Premium entitlements are granted only after successful payment processing (Stripe) and remain subject to subscription status (active / trialing). You may manage or cancel renewal through the billing portal.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass entitlements, scrape upstream data providers beyond normal app use, or rely on CLEAR as sole authority for medical, occupational, or emergency decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLEAR and Bacenik are provided “as is” for planning convenience. We are not liable for decisions made based on modeled scores, windows, or notifications.
